Material Selection: We carefully selected air-dried and kiln-dried oak, ensuring that all timber met strict moisture content requirements to minimize movement post-installation.
Bespoke Fabrication: Using our state-of-the-art CNC machinery, we produced precision perfect oak trusses tailored to the client’s specifications, including traditional mortise and tenon joints for an authentic look.
Precision Cladding: The beam cladding was manufactured to exact dimensions, allowing seamless integration over steel beams while preserving the home’s rustic appeal.
Finishing & Treatment: Cortec applied specialist UV oil to enhance the oak’s natural beauty and provide protection against environmental changes.
