The prestigious Hartford Golf Club reached out to Vestra Oak to help design and manufacture the oak elements for their latest function venue: Room One.
The space needed to incorporate oak elements indoor and outdoor, creating a sophisticated feel to incorporate with the rest of the property.
It was also important that the install time on site was as short as possible, to ensure minimal disruption to the golf course and existing venue.

The Vestra Oak solution
Our team worked closely with the client to ensure their requests were met at every stage. We sourced extra-large section timbers and machined them to exact specifications. The QPA1 grade quality timber is incredibly strong and stable; ideal for withstanding the elements and maintaining integrity and appearance for a long time.
The production of the Oak Frames spanned several months, with each element being delivered to site when it was ready to be installed, allowing for maximum efficiency on site.
The customer was grateful that Hardwoods’ renowned response and lead times led to incredible speed of on-site installation.
The results
This final result is breath-taking: the beautiful glazed entrance, the feature trusses over the main ceremony space and the charming lakeside gazebo make a venue that is a cut above the rest.
